Holston & Huntley Legal Team

Attorney at Law

Buddy Huntley Esq. The “Golden Rule” taught to me by my grandmother was to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. This is exactly how I have approached the practice of law. After graduating law school in 2008 and passing the Georgia and Alabama Bar exams, I immediately opened Holston & Huntley. When I initially opened Holston & Huntley, I had zero clients. Through hard work and implementing the “Golden Rule” I have grown my law firm. Although the numbers have increased tremendously, my staff and I treat every one of our clients with compassion, empathy, and respect just as my grandmother taught me.

I practice exclusively in the areas of Consumer Bankruptcy and Personal Injury. Having double majored in Finance & Economics at Auburn University, I have a better understanding of money than most which is extremely beneficial to my bankruptcy clients. I am able to swiftly get to the crux of client’s financial problems and come up with a game plan to help them overcome their debt burdens.

For more than 10 years practicing law I have been able to exceed my clients expectations. I have turned cases that clients did not think they would recover a dime into a recovery of more than $75,000.00. Although I have a busy schedule, I make time to enjoy golfing, traveling, rooting for the Auburn Tigers and spending time with my wife and daughter.
